These few weeks, I've begun to let Joash explore beyond his room semi-supervised. I'm not sure why but Joash would sometimes stay put at the area just before the kitchen to watch me do my cooking and hanging up the laundry. He'll be happy just to chew on his kiddish utensils and giant yakult bottle. At least I know why he doesn't come into the kitchen. He ever fell flat on his face twice after crawling at lightning speed towards the kitchen due to the big step between the kitchen and the small "corridor". Even after he already knows how to get down that one step, he is still stopping before the step. Maybe he simply likes some company... But when he becomes really bored, he'll venture elsewhere with me tagging along in case he touches the forbidden areas (aka dangerous, dirty or delicate areas).
Joash: Mummy, what's in the container?
Joash: I wonder how this works...
Joash: Hey, this chair squeaks and swivels!
Joash: Hmmm... Which book should I read first? Ah! This one looks fairly interesting...
Joash: Mummy, why do you keep following me?
