I can't believe that Jayna could wear the CNY rompers and dress from last year! Looks like her torso didn't grow very much bigger though her limbs did extend longer.
Cho Kawaii!

We did have friends visit us at our home after all. While waiting for them, the kids were so happy playing with the small paper-bags meant for mandarin oranges. They pretended that they were shopping and stuffed the bags with toys and exchanged them with each other. It was fun seeing them play.
Jayna: "Let me see what else I have in my bag."
I'm so glad that everyone was relatively well during this year's CNY, apart from Joash having a bit of cough which did not affect him at all. However, the few days of visitations were definitely the MOST indulgent days of my children's lives! They snacked on so much new year goodies and we didn't think that it would be appropriate to make a scene at other people's houses over what they could or could not eat. In the end, they hardly ate anything during proper mealtimes since they gorged themselves silly with what they found on the coffee tables of our relatives' places. At least, we did try to guide them towards the tidbits which are less sweet such as egg rolls. Sigh... I'm glad that the season is over and we can resume a healthier diet for them.
